- Define and implement biotechnology sourcing strategies.
- Align strategies with business growth and innovation.
- Identify, assess, and engage strategic vendors.
- Secure reliable, cost-effective, and forward-looking partnerships.
- Manage RFP/RFQ processes.
- Lead negotiations and contracting.
- Oversee sourcing governance.
- Ensure compliance and performance delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance, risk, and deliverables.
- Oversee biotech development and scale-up.
- Leverage market intelligence and vendor innovation.
- Inform make-or-buy decisions.
- Advance technology roadmaps.
- Champion continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Champion vendor bio innovation initiatives.
- Drive process efficiency and speed to market.
- Collaborate with S&T, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
- Collaborate with Procurement Category Managers.
- Align procurement actions with technical and strategic priorities.
