- •Own the end-to-end FAU assembly and test process
- •Manage transitions from NPI to high-volume manufacturing
- •Define the process scalability roadmap for volume and cost
- •Determine the global manufacturing footprint
- •Provide DfM and DfX feedback into product design
- •Design the end-to-end automation architecture and concepts
- •Specify requirements for alignment, assembly, and test automation
- •Define automation requirements for handling and traceability
- •Collaborate with automation integrators and equipment suppliers
- •Coordinate with CMs to deploy scalable manufacturing solutions
- •Manage the automation roadmap and deployment timing
- •Ensure manufacturing readiness through EVT, DVT, and PVT
- •Define process readiness criteria for NPI transitions
- •Deliver process transfer packages to contract manufacturers
- •Support manufacturing ramp-up, yield learning, and stabilization
- •Define metrology, inspection, and test strategies
- •Drive yield performance and root-cause analysis
- •Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- •Maintain SPC frameworks and Cp/Cpk targets
- •Develop and manage process control plans
