- Fluency in English or German (minimum B2 level in the respective other language)
- Strong collaboration skills
Aufgaben
- Provide front line support to manufacturing operators
- Execute each batch safely and on time
- Ensure compliance with batch instructions and quality requirements
- Support process validations and re-validations
- Lead investigations into product and process deviations
- Determine solutions to resolve issues
- Promote and maintain good cleanroom management practices
- Keep processes inspection-ready for audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
