- Experience developing, monitoring, interpreting KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management skills
- Occasional travel as assigned
Aufgaben
- Lead and deliver Process Excellence initiatives using Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for team members
- Partner with stakeholders to embed continuous improvement as a sustainable way of working
- Lead and deliver Process Excellence projects
- Ensure measurable and sustainable improvements in cost, quality, productivity, service, and operational performance
- Promote a safe workplace and 5S culture through audits and continuous improvement activities
- Role-model best practices for safety and 5S
- Analyze, map, and optimize business processes
- Support the development and standardization of SOPs and work procedures
- Drive performance improvement through KPI management and visual management
- Conduct structured follow-up on performance gaps
- Identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities using Lean methodologies and Kaizen events
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques
- Partner with Finance and stakeholders to validate and track business benefits and savings
- Deliver realized business benefits and savings
- Maintain Process Excellence standards, methodologies, documentation, and reporting
- Ensure project governance
- Collaborate with site and cross-functional teams to share best practices
- Align improvement approaches with site and cross-functional teams
- Support cross-site initiatives
- Build continuous improvement capability by coaching employees and leaders
- Promote frontline ownership of continuous improvement
- Embed CI as a way of working
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for team members
- Prioritize work for direct team members
- Partner with leadership to identify improvement priorities aligned with business objectives
- Execute improvement priorities aligned with business objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Participate in additional projects as assigned
- Travel occasionally
