- Define process optimization and debottlenecking
- Develop maintenance plans and technical requirements
- Support production planning
- Conduct risk assessments (HAZOP, JSA, MOC)
- Execute troubleshooting
- Implement process improvements
- Ensure effective process control
- Coordinate maintenance activities
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (efficiency, reliability, energy)
- Track equipment performance
- Support audits
- Initiate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Update process documentation
- Provide technical support to production
- Provide technical support to projects
- Provide technical support for new equipment definition
- Act as technical interface between production and maintenance
- Define maintenance priorities
- Ensure process safety
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Ensure IMS standards compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
- Maintain process quality and consistency
- Support audits and CAPA
- Reduce environmental impact
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure safe process design and operation
- Monitor and improve energy efficiency
- Lead small-to-medium projects
- Manage technical changes
- Train personnel
- Support knowledge sharing across the organization
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping
- Maintain workplace organization (5S)
