- Sound MS-Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint

- Basic German knowledge
Aufgaben
- Support M&A processes from sourcing to closing
- Screen investment opportunities with advisors, bankers, and companies
- Conduct market and competitive analysis in focus areas
- Perform in-depth financial and strategic analysis of potential targets
- Valuate companies using business plans, LBO, DCF, and multiples
- Assess operational and financial performance of portfolio companies
- Identify value creation levers for existing and potential portfolio companies
- Support portfolio management and internal committee preparation
- Prepare presentations and analyses for internal committees
