- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment

- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Abide by Riverside's internal policies related to data protection

- Participate in deal origination and execution
- Conduct industry and market research
- Identify attractive investment sectors and targets
- Perform deal analysis and valuation
- Assist with investment committee materials
