- Experience in virtualization, networking and storage
- Experience in Windows or Linux drivers, with a very good background of the other OS
- Deep understanding of performance profiling and optimization techniques
- Can-do attitude, high energy and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multi-national, multi-time-zone corporate environment
- Research track record
- Experience and passion for system architecture, CPU/GPU/memory/storage/networking
- Stellar communication skills
- Knowledge in Deep Learning frameworks

- Enhance GPU Networking offerings for AI workloads
- Lead the vision, architecture, and design of new technologies
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to evaluate technologies
- Identify and assess new technologies and partner relationships
- Align innovations with the technology roadmap and business value
- Collaborate with the community and maintainers on strategic technologies
