Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Science
• •Excellent business acumen
• •Strong data storytelling and communication skills
• •Proven track record of designing and owning KPI frameworks
• •Advanced SQL proficiency and strong experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tools
• •Comfortable working with BigQuery and familiar with data transformation workflows in dbt
• •Experience with Python for exploratory analysis
• •Background in A/B testing, marketing attribution, or ROI modeling
• •Fluency in English

Aufgaben

• •Design and maintain the company-wide KPI framework
• •Build hierarchies of metrics to explain performance achievement
• •Standardize metric definitions with leadership
• •Ensure metrics are transparent and well-documented in Notion, Tableau, and DBT
• •Facilitate alignment sessions for a single source of truth
• •Uncover drivers of growth, efficiency, and customer experience with domain leads
• •Conduct deep-dive analyses on funnels, ROI, retention, and supply-demand dynamics
• •Develop frameworks for LTV, CAC, margin, and efficiency tracking
• •Identify correlations and trends, translating them into actionable recommendations
• •Build narrative-driven Tableau dashboards that explain cause, effect, and context
• •Own the metric layer in Tableau and BigQuery for reliable dashboards
• •Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to validate data transformations
• •Define measurable success metrics for key initiatives with stakeholders
• •Mentor junior analysts and working students in analytical thinking
• •Represent data insights in company-wide discussions
