- Oversee process and QC method transfers
- Define transfer strategies and protocols
- Set acceptance criteria and readiness assessments
- Serve as primary technical contact for external partners
- Ensure alignment on technical expectations and timelines
- Provide scientific oversight of outsourced activities
- Resolve issues and conduct deviation investigations
- Monitor performance of external partners
- Support CMC-related regulatory documentation
- Prepare, review, and defend regulatory documents
- Provide scientific input to regulatory interactions
- Respond to health authority questions
- Support post-approval lifecycle activities
- Manage site additions and method updates
- Initiate continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Research and develop new medicines
- Assess and ensure clinical safety standards
- Conduct sophisticated analysis
- Manage research information systems
- Maintain technical documentation
- Provide para-professional laboratory support
- Offer high-level scientific expertise
- Guide specialist technical areas
- Implement technical capabilities
- Provide relevant technical guidance
- Achieve research project objectives
- Contribute to scientific experiment planning
- Evaluate and report scientific experiments
- Train staff in relevant technology platforms
- Lead projects and workstreams
- Manage large projects with limited oversight
- Coach and train lower-level professionals
- Review and delegate work
- Analyze and solve complex problems
