- Manage lifecycle of marketed products

- Manage scale-up and validation for new products
- Manage technology transfer for existing products
- Prepare product development reports
- Prepare global registration documents
- Prepare patent applications
- Provide scientific leadership to laboratory team
- Allocate work to laboratory team
- Conduct feedback discussions with team
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Lead cross-functional projects for product development
