- Lead design and execution of complex RWD studies
- Improve understanding of disease biology and biomarker strategies
- Generate actionable insights into patient populations and treatment outcomes
- Integrate diverse real-world data sources (EHR, claims, registries, linked datasets)
- Apply advanced analytical approaches to inform clinical development
- Optimize study designs, patient eligibility criteria, and endpoint strategies
- Translate complex analytical findings into impactful decisions
- Contribute to broader scientific and technical strategy
- Mentor and develop junior talent
- Establish methodological standards and scalable analytical solutions
- Support strategic decisions with complex data analyses
- Ensure RWD outputs are reproducible and statistically rigorous
- Optimize Phase I/II trial designs with RWD
- Combine RWD with biomarker and omics data for precision medicine
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative research culture
- Serve as a trusted scientific liaison between data and clinical teams
