- •Ph.D. in life sciences or MBA with 7+ years relevant experience
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or business with 9+ years relevant experience
- •Proven team and project leadership skills
- •Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
- •Curiosity and analytical thinking with creative problem-solving
- •Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and German
- •High level of initiative and leadership as subject matter expert
- •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- •Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
- •Business development experience with proven record of proposal conversion
- •Willingness to embrace a 3-day in-office model with travel
