- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage/influence stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting to senior management

Aufgaben
- Own Operations KPIs and build improvement strategies
- Develop projects to improve Operations KPIs
- Conduct data analysis for operational insights
- Perform analytical modeling for operational insights
- Optimize Dmart costs and service levels
- Partner with data and analytics team
- Build effective reporting capabilities
- Drive impactful business actions with reporting
- Develop expertise in Product & Back Office tools
- Collaborate with Product team on tool development
- Ensure tools generate required data
- Drive business impact with tools
- Prepare project status reports
- Prepare presentation materials for internal projects
- Prepare presentation materials for team meetings
- Provide insights to management
- Help shape business strategy
