- Hands-on experience in high-speed interface development
- Hands-on experience in AMS IP verification
- Experience with Ethernet, SerDes, DDR, sensor interfaces, PLL, CTLE
- Deep understanding of interface architectures
- Deep understanding of system-level AMS modeling
- Proficiency in SPICE
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in industry-standard simulation tools
- SystemC-AMS or equivalent expertise
- Ability to solve complex technical problems
- Ability to optimize verification strategies
- Ability to drive innovation
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Intercultural and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in global and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience leading project teams
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities

- Enable comprehensive test generation
- Stay updated on modelling and verification advances
- Contribute to technical community through patents and papers
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Foster a culture of technical excellence
- Manage priorities across multiple projects
- Resolve technical and organizational challenges
- Communicate with multicultural, multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with partner organizations and locations
