- Assemble and lead ServiceNow project resources.
- Ensure resources understand planned tasks.
- Track actual project progress.
- Manage deviations through appropriate measures.
- Lead the delivery team throughout the engagement.
- Manage engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials.
- Work with Sales, partners, and customers to understand engagement.
- Understand goals and align deliverables.
- Apply NowCreate expertise to promote engagement delivery.
- Promote long-term customer success.
- Serve as single contact for collaboration and agreement.
- Mentor team members to achieve deliverables and promote customer results.
- Identify gaps between actuals and plan.
- Propose solutions and drive resolutions.
- Lead delivery team through complex programs with multiple workstreams.
