- Deep operational knowledge of deploying models using Python frameworks
- Ability to define 2+ year technical roadmap for Data Science
- Track record of translating ML/statistical findings to executive narratives
- History of mentoring Staff and Senior Data Scientists
- Expertise in Reinforcement Learning (RL)
- Familiarity with Game Theory or Mechanism Design
- Major Contributions in Large-Scale Recommendation Systems or Time-Series Forecasting
- Expertise in designing feature stores and serving pipelines
Aufgaben
- Lead design, build, and deployment of large-scale AI recommendation systems
- Maximize business outcomes for the vendor vertical
- Own architecture and modeling for Next Best Action framework
- Determine optimal sequence and timing of actions for vendor success
- Lead advanced time series modeling for demand prediction
- Forecast vendor performance and long-term trends
- Optimize take rate using statistical rigor and causal methods
- Measure incrementality and efficiency of pricing and adtech levers
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Validate or debunk business hypotheses
- Drive alignment on recommendations strategy
