- Track record designing, building, deploying large-scale AI systems
- Experience defining and driving Data Science/ML technical strategy
- History of mentoring engineers/scientists and building organizational alignment
- Expertise in auction design and pricing models (advantageous)
- Contributions to reinforcement learning or causal inference (advantageous)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation design (advantageous)
- Familiarity with large-scale recommendation systems or forecasting models (advantageous)
