- Ensure a single source of truth for equity data
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, and People departments
- Organize shareholder and committee meetings and resolutions
- Manage changes for directors and managing directors
- Draft and negotiate complex loan and credit agreements
- Review RCF, term loans, and syndicated loans
- Supervise the entire financing lifecycle
- Manage amendments, refinancings, and reporting undertakings
- Coordinate reorganization and M&A consequences
