- Software vendor background (SAP and/or Kinaxis)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes
- Experience in SCM transformation projects lifecycle
- Experience evaluating supply chain processes with SAP IBP/Kinaxis
- Experience leading supply chain solution implementations
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, CGP, or Life Science
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Broad business skill set (stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience)
- Experience gathering and documenting data for audiences
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- SAP IBP or Kinaxis certification is a plus
- Familiarity with other SCM software
- Eagerness to learn and make an impact

- Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in international projects
- Advise clients as a functional and solution expert
- Deliver outstanding results in areas of expertise
- Plan and implement complex SCM transformation projects
- Contribute to business development from inquiry to proposal
- Support service offerings development and training
- Participate in knowledge management
- Evaluate existing supply chain processes
- Identify areas for improvement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis
- Lead supply chain solution implementations
- Ensure alignment with client goals and industry standards
