In this role, you will lead critical Finance Transformation initiatives, guiding teams and advising senior stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing client relationships, delivering impactful projects, and fostering the development of junior consultants.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• •6+ years of consulting or project management experience
• •Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and tools
• •Proven track record in Finance Transformation programs
• •Strong understanding of Finance processes
• •Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
• •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• •Extra-occupational trainings (e.g. CFA, chartered accountant, actuary)
• •Experience in shared services/global business services
• •Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and data visualization tools
• •International experience and additional language skills (German or others)
• •Interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)

• •Contribute to pitches and develop solution concepts
• •Identify new opportunities for value creation
• •Coach and mentor junior consultants
• •Foster a high-performance culture
• •Maintain strong client partnerships throughout projects
