Anforderungen
- Deep expertise in S/4HANA ePPDS (modelling, PDS/CIF, heuristics/optimizer, pegging, planning board, finite scheduling), aATP or IBP
- Proven leadership across full lifecycle (discovery, design, testing, cutover/go-live, hypercare) in global remote/on-site engagements
- Integration skills across S/4HANA PP/Manufacturing, APO PP/DS, optional ABAP for extensions
- Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis in heterogeneous landscapes, performance tuning and exception management
- Mentorship and practice leadership: coach early talents, uplift delivery standards, and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Fluent English and German, willingness to travel to customers in MEE and EMEA as needed
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and operation of advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Work within SAP solutions like S/4HANA embedded PP/DS, Advanced Available to Promise, and Integrated Business Planning
- Own solution architecture and delivery from discovery to go-live and hypercare
- Facilitate fit-to-standard and design workshops
- Analyze complex and heterogeneous landscapes
- Define data and integration models (PDS, CIF, queues)
- Define scheduling strategies to improve plan adherence, schedule stability, throughput, and cost-to-serve
- Support customer transformation to the cloud
- Ensure compliance and accelerate value realization
- Create reusable assets and best practices
- Lead cross-team initiatives
- Mentor early talents
