- Ability to automate complex workflows using AI agents
- Strong experience with SAP and its architecture
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong business acumen & C-level communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English

- Prior customer-facing advisory or consulting experience

- Act as the go-to technical advisor for AI
- Drive strategic AI initiatives
- Translate AI ideas into production-ready solutions
- Oversee the customer's SAP Business AI journey
- Lead design and delivery of strategic SAP Business AI architectures
- Support customers in applying AI to create value
- Create specific AI roadmaps
- Conduct AI ideation workshops
- Organize AI hackathons
- Lead architecture discussions
- Architect AI systems to automate processes and optimize workflows
- Design and implement AI automation solutions
- Enhance delivery and developer productivity with AI automation
- Provide technical leadership on AI, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
- Stay updated on AI technology developments
- Advise on AI's potential business benefits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI initiatives
- Drive AI knowledge sharing and team enablement
- Support organizational AI adoption in the region
- Advise customers on leveraging and integrating SAP Business AI
- Bridge business needs, strategy, and technical capabilities
- Guide the full AI journey from strategy to implementation
- Establish AI centers of excellence for customers
