- Lead development and review of pricing bases
- Review reinsurance terms for new and existing business
- Perform and interpret claims experience data analyses
- Analyze portfolio performance data
- Ensure profitability and sustainability of in-force portfolio
- Collaborate with reporting and experience studies teams
- Engage with clients on pricing and product development
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders on pricing opportunities
- Provide expert actuarial input in deal structuring
- Contribute to negotiations with clients
- Drive thought leadership in actuarial pricing
- Contribute to best practices in actuarial methods
- Support development of junior team members
- Take ownership of key projects
- Proactively contribute to team and regional initiatives
