- Experience with data integration workflows
- Experience with analytical platforms
- Experience with visualization tools
- Understanding of GenAI and Large Language Models (plus)
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical R&D pipeline (preclinical and/or clinical development)
- Ability to translate complex scientific challenges into product requirements and data-driven prototypes
- Strategic thinking
- High degree of self-organization and motivation
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Focus on delivering value through hands-on execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to present complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to build trusted relationships across functions

- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in German (plus)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with scientists, IT engineers, and data scientists
- Develop backtranslation solutions for clinical and preclinical data
- Analyze complex preclinical and clinical datasets
- Generate actionable insights for drug development
- Design proof-of-concept solutions
- Implement solutions using R or Python
- Drive data quality within product scope
- Implement FAIR data principles within product scope
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Communicate product roadmaps and progress to stakeholders
- Steer external scientific collaborations
- Contribute expertise to interdisciplinary consortia
- Establish innovative data sciences as a value driver
