Anforderungen
- 15+ years of professional experience within Siemens, relevant industry, or Big4
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity audit and audit methodology
- Continuous learning and staying current with cybersecurity trends, including AI impact
- Hands-on/leadership experience in application security, blue/red teaming, industrial controls, network security, cloud security, secure SDLC, IT operations, penetration testing
- Executive narrative capability turning technical findings into decision-ready insights
- Strong academic background in IT, Computer Science, Business, or Finance
- Extensive leadership experience with business and technology affinity, effective communication with senior stakeholders
- Strong multi-project management and team leadership in complex, international environments
- International mindset and willingness to travel and work across diverse teams
- Fluent in German and English
- Recognized certifications (e.g., CISA/CISSP/CISM/CCSP, OSCP)
Aufgaben
- Shape and lead the Cybersecurity Audit Practice
- Drive the strategic direction of the practice
- Own senior partner relationships
- Ensure delivery excellence across a global audit portfolio
- Develop top talent within the team
- Assess cybersecurity risks from threat actors and vulnerabilities
- Lead multiple cybersecurity audits across various systems and locations
- Evaluate end-to-end cybersecurity processes
- Perform ethical hacking activities as part of audits
- Communicate key findings to senior management
- Enable informed decisions and effective remediation actions
- Maintain relationships with Siemens businesses, regions, and functions
- Coach and mentor team members
- Act as a career coach for a high-performing, inclusive team
- Identify and recruit top talent
- Participate in interviews to build a strong cybersecurity audit team
- Represent Siemens at cybersecurity conferences
- Build thought leadership for the practice
