- Knowledge of MySQL
- Experience in SLA-bound operations
- OpenSource Community contributions
- Good practice with screen-sharing/phone
- Experience with Patroni, Repmgr, or Stolon
- Experience with Cloud Services such as AWS and RDS
- Experience with Percona Monitoring & Management
- Experience with configuration management solutions
- Good grasp of ANSI SQL 92 to 2016
- Knowledge of indexing methods
- Experience with Contrib Modules of PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of popular PostgreSQL extensions
- Experience with Foreign Data Wrappers of PostgreSQL
- Experience with advanced Linux troubleshooting tools
- Experience programming in C
Aufgaben
- Assist customers' DBA teams with expert support
- Gather relevant data to investigate issues
- Provide detailed analysis of findings via email, instant message, or voice
- Conduct screen-sharing sessions for critical issues
- Author blog posts on engaging topics for the open-source community
- Answer questions on the support forum
- Create articles for the customer-facing knowledge base
- Host webinars on relevant subjects
