In this role, you will engage in both theoretical and empirical research, contribute to the project's development, analyze data, and publish findings. You will also have the opportunity to present at conferences and enhance your academic profile.

Anforderungen

• •Ph.D. in international relations, political science, or data science
• •Keen interest in international organizations or autocratization
• •First experiences with academic publishing
• •Experience in computational text analysis, LLMs, NLP, quantitative research methods, data collection, and management
• •Proficiency in data management software (R/Python/Stata)
• •International orientation and very good English language skills
• •Interest in developing own research agenda

Aufgaben

• •Contribute to project conceptual and theoretical development
• •Lead empirical implementation of the project
• •Support data collection and analysis on IO performance
• •Analyze data on policy and bureaucratic output
• •Gather information on resolution sponsorship
• •Publish research results in top-tier international journals
• •Present research findings at international conferences
• •Assist in project management activities
• •Organize workshops and maintain the project website
• •Participate in regular research project meetings
