Anforderungen
- PhD in life sciences (biology, protein biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related field)
- Strong background in untargeted (focus on DIA) and targeted proteomics
- Proteomics sample preparation, data acquisition, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with nano LC and high-resolution mass spectrometry (preferably Orbitrap instruments)
- Handling, annotating, and visualizing complex proteomics datasets
- Automated sample preparation experience (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (advantageous)
- Scientific rigor, efficiency, creativity, and organization
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork in interdisciplinary settings
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
Aufgaben
- Support research projects using proteomics methods
- Address on- and off-target profiles
- Determine target occupancy and targeted protein degradation
- Establish and optimize new proteomics techniques
- Improve existing proteomics workflows
- Elucidate disease mechanisms
- Characterize PK/PD and PK/TK relationships
- Work with novel modalities like covalent binders
- Implement multi-omics approaches in preclinical development
- Support preclinical safety and toxicology studies
- Evaluate and interpret preclinical study results
