- Conduct bioinformatic analysis of transcriptomics data
- Analyze spatial transcriptomics and single-cell datasets
- Examine spatial multiplex immunofluorescence data
- Develop novel bioinformatics solutions
- Perform functional studies using 3D tumor cell models
- Investigate tumor biology in renal cell carcinoma
- Analyze multi-omics data focusing on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics
- Integrate multi-omics datasets, including genomics and metabolomics
- Apply biostatistics and bioinformatics to clinical phenotypes and -omics data
- Utilize established tools and develop new computational solutions
- Present scientific results at international conferences
- Write papers for high-quality publications
