- PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology or related scientific discipline
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development, physicochemical characterization of excipients, and pharmaceutical dosage forms

- Improve bioavailability and palatability by evaluating new technologies
- Develop methods for physicochemical characterization of excipients, intermediates, and products
- Plan, perform, and document studies related to formulation, process, and packaging
- Ensure thorough documentation of experimental work and results
- Lead internal projects
- Contribute to cross-functional project activities
- Support implementation of pharmaceutical development projects through multidisciplinary collaboration
