Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate terminal planning, optimization, and modernization engagements
- Lead business development pursuits throughout the UK and Europe
- Deliver high-quality planning and engineering services
- Develop long-range port master plans
- Develop terminal expansion or optimization strategies
- Manage project setup and delivery of work packages
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts for container terminal projects
- Serve as Engagement Manager on port and terminal engagements
- Serve as Lead Planner on port and terminal engagements
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Carry out peer reviews of technical packages
- Estimate level of effort for tasks
- Manage projects to budget
- Promote technical excellence and quality of work
- Support constructability and safety reviews of projects
- Develop client relations
- Track markets and opportunities in the region and sector
- Promote extensive project design and delivery services with clients
- Provide input and strategy to proposal preparation
- Stay aware of industry technical requirements, trends, and opportunities
- Connect with industry business and technical leaders
- Lead and participate in professional excellence groups
- Identify and develop knowledge of junior staff
- Assist with staff development and recruitment
