Aufgaben
- Define and evolve the digital and immersive learning portfolio strategy
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital and immersive learning products
- Lead cross-functional projects with Siemens organizations, universities, and technology partners
- Drive commercialization and go-to-market activities
- Provide sales enablement support
- Build strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction, and ROI
- Identify market trends and technology innovations in digital learning
- Develop a multi-year innovation roadmap for learning solutions
- Drive incubation and scaling of new digital business models
- Prioritize investments and manage portfolio budgets
- Develop business cases and manage resource allocation
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements and commercial targets
- Establish portfolio KPIs and monitor business performance
- Lead complex cross-functional projects with development partners and external technology providers
- Coordinate solution development, piloting, and global scaling
- Manage project timelines, risks, governance, and quality
- Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for digital offerings
- Support sales teams in positioning and value selling
- Assist with customer engagement and proposal development
- Create business cases and value propositions demonstrating customer ROI
- Drive portfolio revenue growth and market adoption
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and startups
- Manage development partnerships and supplier relationships
- Foster innovation ecosystems to accelerate portfolio growth
- Translate customer challenges into innovative learning solutions
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Establish continuous improvement mechanisms for customer value
- Measure adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and learning effectiveness
- Measure business impact of learning solutions
