- Facilitate implementation of global strategies using self-service resources
- Orchestrate scaling of tools and solutions across the network
- Ensure 80% of resources come from EAi Integrated Strategies/MTO teams
- Identify high-potential markets and present needs to the EAi/Affiliate Forum
- Aggregate local insights and feedback for Global Integrated Core Strategy Priority Teams
- Accountable for outcomes-based plans at the above-country level
- Initiate and execute work packages to address prioritized outcomes
- Allocate expertise and funding for maximum impact in the Area Policy Community
