• •Design and implement core capabilities for EAi strategic priorities
• •Collaborate with Affiliate Engagement Leads to assess capability gaps
• •Facilitate training for Healthcare Impact Plans execution
• •Develop and lead training sessions for self-service resources
• •Partner with General Managers to scale learning solutions
• •Synthesize affiliate capability gaps and learning needs
• •Oversee regional learning resources and training deployment
