Anforderungen

  • •Background in programme management or transformation
  • •3–5 years of experience in PMO, transformation office, or cross-functional project role
  • •Structured, reliable, delivery-driven
  • •Strong organisational skills
  • •Experience in tools like Jira/Confluence or Smartsheet
  • •Instinct for clarity and pragmatism
  • •Confident communicator and facilitator
  • •Ability to engage with product teams, engineers, commercial leads, and country organisations
  • •Hands-on and proactive
  • •Ownership and ability to drive clarity and remove blockers
  • •Business fluency in English
  • •German is a plus

  • •Maintain central templates and learning logs
  • •Enable tools for faster and smarter scaling
