- Drive programme visibility and structure
- Manage programme plans and milestone tracking
- Coordinate cross-stream activities
- Prepare executive steering committees and programme boards
- Consolidate inputs and track actions
- Maintain the central decision log
- Build consistent reports on progress, KPIs, and risks
- Support data-driven decisions and transparency
- Establish consistent ways of working across entities
- Onboard and coordinate pilot integration
- Organize agile check-ins and retrospectives
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions
- Maintain central templates and learning logs
- Enable tools for faster and smarter scaling
