Anforderungen
- 10+ years in consulting or software vendor roles with Manufacturing solutions expertise
- Deep knowledge and proficiency in PLM / R&D systems, MES, and Supply Chain integration
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Life-Sciences/Pharmaceuticals
- Deep knowledge of R&D Operations, including challenges and opportunities
- Expertise in analyzing clients’ strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities
- Expertise in process improvements to meet business objectives
- Experience in assisting client business case development
- Estimating technology and implementation costs
- Effort estimation using own experience and Infosys guided tools
- Awareness and hands-on experience in designing end-to-end solutions
- Experience in application integration and cloud architectures
- Knowledge of existing, new, and emerging digital technologies
- Practical application of technologies for R&D / PLM / NPD operational processes
- Knowledge of enterprise systems including ERP, PIM & DAM
- Broad business skill set
