Building and operating multi-cluster, multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms for a major European bank. Operator development experience a plus. Flexible hours, 30 days EU remote work.

Anforderungen

  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure patterns
  • Experience with OKD/OpenShift or similar self-operated K8s distros
  • Operator development is a plus
  • Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD, or similar)
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Crossplane, Terraform, or similar)
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, or similar)
  • Coding skills in Go, Python, or Java
  • Strong security mindset
  • Interest in identity management, encryption, and policy enforcement
  • Openness to explore AI tech trends
  • Experience operating platforms for regulated or high-availability environments
  • Background in building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
  • Agile/DevOps mindset
  • Experience in cross-functional teams

Aufgaben

  • Build and operate multi-cluster, multi-cloud Kubernetes platform
  • Design and automate GitOps deployment pipelines
  • Extend platform capabilities with Crossplane compositions
  • Integrate custom APIs into the platform
  • Explore progressive delivery techniques
  • Implement service mesh with Istio
  • Enforce policies using Kyverno
  • Leverage AI assistants to accelerate workflows
  • Provide platform expertise and troubleshooting support
  • Perform SRE tasks to ensure stability and security
  • Maintain observability in multi-cluster environments
