- Proven experience in Planning & Fulfillment management
- Experience in Engineering-to-Order and/or Make-to-Order industries
- Understanding of factory operations and production environments
- Ability to operate at a senior level, setting direction and influencing outcomes
- Experience working across multiple sites and international environments
- Confident and effective communication with stakeholders
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Effective prioritization and structured approach
- Collaboration across functions and cultures
- Attention to detail and focus on quality solutions
Aufgaben
- Lead and improve planning, procurement, and fulfillment processes
- Review and guide the unconstrained demand plan
- Contribute to finished goods optimization
- Facilitate and drive S&OP processes with local teams
- Ensure consistency with global guidelines
- Define and implement planning governance, tools, and KPIs
- Work closely with factories to enhance SAP usage
- Improve data quality for better decision-making
- Support work preparation and production readiness
- Clarify roles and responsibilities in Planning & Fulfillment
- Foster effective communication across the value chain
- Coach and develop local teams
- Enable proactive communication and structured responses
- Guide teams toward preventive, process-driven working
- Orchestrate priorities and execution in a complex matrix
- Support crisis situations with structured countermeasures
- Ensure sustainable, root-cause-based solutions
- Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement
