- Conduct security risk assessments and penetration testing
- Manage contract security services and develop operations manuals
- Oversee electronic security systems and vendors
- Plan and execute multiple security-related projects
- Implement personnel protection programs
- Provide training and security awareness programs
- Conduct internal investigations
- Oversee incident reporting and resolution
- Present physical security services
- Support SAP Health and Safety programs
- Report on physical security strategy and metrics
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency responders
- Work as directed by manager
- Manage financial and operational compliance programs
- Identify and apply key market information and trends
- Deliver multiple projects across the organization
- Manage relationships with senior management and service providers
- Drive operational excellence and quality assurance
- Serve as liaison to executive management
- Champion internal goals and manage KPIs
