- University degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or related IT discipline with very good academic performance (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in developing Symfony-based projects (e.g., Shopware or Ibexa)
- Solid experience in building complex web applications
- Hands-on experience with extensions and plugins for Shopware, EZ Platform/Ibexa, or other Symfony-based solutions
- Strong templating skills (e.g., Twig, Handlebars, Nuxt, or Next)
- Familiarity with REST and experience integrating APIs and interfaces
- Confident working with Git/GitLab and Jira/Confluence
- Service-oriented, motivated, and curious team player
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English; additional local language skills are a plus
