- Diploma or Master degree in molecular biology, cancer biology, biochemistry, cell biology, bioinformatics, translational medicine, or comparable field
- Strong interest in melanoma & macrophage biology, 3D technologies
- Experience in cell culture, molecular and cellular biology techniques
- Ability to work with mouse models
- Experience with molecular cloning, flow cytometry, and microscopy desirable
- Experience with bioinformatics or imaging approaches advantageous
- Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary teams
- Highly motivated, creative and team-oriented personality
- Good communication skills and abilities for managing data and maintaining lab documentation
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Certificate according to §23a Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG) on measles vaccination and serostatus required

- Conduct high-level interdisciplinary research
- Work in Project B05 on therapy resistance
- Investigate metabolic regulators of macrophages
- Characterize SIRT1's role in anti-tumorigenic function
- Use 2D, 3D melanoma culture systems and patient-derived models
- Apply and refine multiplex IF imaging
- Conduct mouse experiments and therapy response studies
- Collaborate with consortium groups for multi-omics analysis
- Present scientific results at meetings and conferences
