Anforderungen

• •Enrollment in a PhD or medical degree program
• •Strong interest in neurophysiological mechanisms
• •Excellent data analysis and programming capabilities in Python
• •Solid understanding of calcium imaging methods and molecular biology
• •Previous experience with iPSC-derived cell cultures

Aufgaben

• •Conduct laboratory research
• •Collaborate with a team of scientists and postgraduate students
• •Perform patch-clamp recordings and calcium imaging from neurons
• •Conduct immunohistochemical staining and standard molecular biology work
• •Implement state-of-the-art analysis methods for time-series data
• •Present research results during internal meetings
