Anforderungen

- Knowledge of basic/advanced materials science and pharmaceutical development concepts (beneficial in oral solid dosage forms)
- Hands-on HPLC experience (method development/adaptation, data evaluation)
- Creativity, solution-finding ability, and hands-on approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English; advantageous knowledge of German
Aufgaben
- Plan and conduct scientific experiments for analytical prototype studies
- Develop prototype studies for solid, liquid, and semisolid dosage forms
- Develop, optimize, and modify HPLC/UV test methodologies
- Identify root causes of analytical issues
- Propose effective, science-based solutions
- Review and interpret test results
- Translate results into clear recommendations
- Recommend corrective actions
- Schedule experiments
- Prioritize assignments
- Maintain laboratory equipment and chemicals safely
- Follow company safety standards
- Follow SOPs for laboratory activities
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Support scientific teams
- Collaborate internationally within the Business Group
- Collaborate with other IMCD laboratories
