- Hands-on campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
- Performance metrics analysis (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR)
- Proficiency with GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, attribution platforms
- A/B testing and funnel analysis skills
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
- Strategic thinking for campaign performance
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Creative judgment for ad creatives
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn (growth mindset)
- Previous experience in DACH markets
- Experience managing paid media strategies in DACH
- German language fluency

Aufgaben
- Shape product discovery for future nurses and students
- Scale paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROAS
- Develop and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker, and channel dashboards
- Turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with product marketing, creative, web, and local teams
- Report on KPIs (CPA, LTV, ROAS, CR)
- Drive regular performance reviews with stakeholders
