- Identify and investigate performance changes through root-cause analysis
- Analyze auction dynamics, query-level trends, conversion quality, and competitive pressure
- Validate data across platforms, analytics tools, and backend systems
- Run structured experiments to discover repeatable growth levers
- Document test setups, hypotheses, and learnings clearly
- Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for international performance
- Collaborate with Growth leadership, Product, BI, and local teams
- Communicate performance trends and actionable recommendations clearly
