- Drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
- Own and implement affiliate channel strategy
- Build profitable relationships with affiliate partners and networks
- Develop and manage automated customer lifecycle journeys
- Ensure timely and relevant messaging in customer journeys
- Create customer segments for personalized communications
- Personalize communications to drive engagement, retention, and conversion
- Identify and test innovative opportunities to grow performance channels
- Develop a structured test and learn approach
- Collaborate with marketing channel specialists on omni-channel performance
- Drive omni-channel performance across all product categories
- Own key performance marketing metrics against forecast
- Focus on Revenue, ROAS, Cost%, retention rate, and customer lifetime value
- Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance against forecast and KPIs
- Adopt a data-driven approach to measuring performance
- Work closely with marketing measurement and data teams
- Partner with paid channel specialists to plan NPD launch strategies
- Execute NPD launch strategies across all digital channels
- Monitor and benchmark competitor activity
- Use competitor findings to inform strategy
- Present performance results and opportunities to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Finance, Design, Trading, and Creative teams
