Anforderungen
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field
- Several years of supply chain, inventory, or performance management experience
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry experience
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI management and reporting experience
- Hands-on ERP and analytics tools experience (SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python, or similar)
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus
- Data science and AI experience is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Business fluent English (written and spoken), additional languages advantageous
Aufgaben
- Define and monitor global supply chain and inventory KPIs
- Develop dashboards and reports for decision-making
- Analyze supply chain performance to identify improvements
- Lead global inventory optimization initiatives
- Manage risks of excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and expiring inventory
- Drive inventory strategy and continuous improvement
- Support digitalization and automation projects
- Develop advanced analytics and predictive models
- Conduct scenario analyses and provide recommendations
- Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with teams worldwide
