- Translate campaign goals, audiences, and KPIs into scalable creative approaches
- Build and test creative hypotheses with a focus on iteration and learning
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for ideation and content variation
- Produce content using traditional video production methods
- Produce content using AI-based content creation tools
- Create ad-native content optimized for mobile-first consumption
- Develop modular assets and variations at scale
- Decide on the most efficient production method (shoot, generate, or hybrid)
- Edit and assemble high-performing creatives using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI editing tools
- Leverage AI for localization and adaptation
- Leverage AI for asset generation and automation
- Leverage AI for rapid iteration of hooks, cuts, and versions
- Continuously improve creatives based on performance data
- Ensure platform-specific optimization (formats, durations, safe zones)
- Analyze performance data (CTR, conversion rates, watch time, etc.)
- Iterate creatives based on insights and testing results
- Collaborate closely with marketing and data teams to scale winning concepts
- Contribute to building structured testing frameworks and creative learnings
