As a People Tech Consultant, you will manage the Release Management Process and oversee Workday security, ensuring updates are deployed smoothly and compliance standards are met. This role involves collaborating with teams, providing technical support, and continuously improving processes.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HRIS technical role
• •In-depth experience with Workday Security configuration
• •Proven ability to manage system change deployment
• •Strong process governance, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• •Exceptional attention to detail
• •Excellent coordination and communication skills
• •Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
• •ITIL Knowledge is a strong plus
• •Workday Certification in one or more areas preferred
• •Experience in a global or multinational organization

Aufgaben

• •Own and execute the Release Management Process
• •Review Release Notes in the Sandbox Preview environment
• •Coordinate On-boarding Calls with relevant stakeholders
• •Shortlist critical changes for updates
• •Collaborate with the Tech Consultant to configure updates
• •Manage quality-controlled deployment into the production environment
• •Support Workday Security configuration and maintenance
• •Maintain and review the Workday security model
• •Ensure Role-Based Training Assignment adheres to standards
• •Provide technical support for internal and external audits
• •Deliver briefings to Digital Solution Managers on release implications
• •Communicate new functionality or security adjustments with cross-functional teams
• •Leverage Workday Community and Success Plans for updates
• •Identify opportunities to streamline release and security management processes
